This device needs to be installed in a well ventilated and dry room away from direct sunlight, with a distance of at least 15CM between the device and the wall. When placing the box, it must be placed steadily. 3. This device uses AC 220V/50Hz power supply, and there must be a reliable grounding wire in the power supply circuit to ensure safe use. 5Low temperature biochemical incubatorUsage 1. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, make the switch in the "on" position, and the device enters the power on state. At this point, the temperature and time setting operation can begin 1) Temperature setting: Click the function key, and the upper row of the display screen will show sp, while the lower row will show the set temperature. At this point, click the up and down buttons to select the set temperature. 2) Time setting: After setting the temperature, click the function key again. At this time, the upper row displays' st 'and the lower row displays the constant temperature timing time. At the same time, the hour two digits in the setting time bar start flashing. Adjust the up and down keys to select the hour time for constant temperature timing. After setting, click the function key again, and the minute position starts flashing. Click the up or down key to select the minute time. Once selected, click the function key again to exit the setting state. The temperature and time will start running according to the set program. If timing is not required, the time can be set to 0, and the temperature will continue to operate at this time. Timer function: After the instrument enters a constant temperature state, the timer function starts to activate. After the timer ends, the output is turned off. The heater and refrigeration compressor stop working, and the buzzer sounds. The temperature inside the incubator will gradually reach the ambient temperature. 3. Status indication: After the setting is completed, the device runs according to the set parameters. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the device enters the heating state and the heating indicator light is on. On the contrary, when the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator light will turn on and the equipment will enter the cooling state. Do not frequently change the set value during use to avoid overloading caused by frequent compressor start-up, which may affect the service life of the equipment. When there is no need for lighting inside the box, the lighting should be turned off to avoid affecting the upper layer temperature and prolong the service life of the lamp tube. 4. This machine is equipped with a set of fuses. If there is a malfunction during operation, please cut off the power first, check if the fuses are intact, and then check other parts. To maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not wipe the surface with corrosive solution. The box can be wiped with a dry cloth or alcohol to keep the box clean. When the equipment is not in use, the box should be kept dry and the power should be cut off. To ensure uniform temperature inside the box, it is necessary to regularly check whether the axial flow fan inside the box is operating normally. During the experiment, items inside the box should not be placed too densely and should not block the fan outlet to facilitate airflow circulation inside the box. 8. If the equipment malfunctions, professional personnel should be hired for repair or the sales department of our factory should be contacted.
